JpopRocks Interviews FEMM

We are agents of FEMM. W-Trouble (WT) for LuLa and Honey-B (H-B) for RiRi.

JPR:

Hello.  Would you be kind enough to explain what FEMM is to anyone that is new to you?

H-B:

FEMM are mannequins who perform around the world to protect their rights as mannequins. 

WT:

We are agents of FEMM. W-Trouble(W-T) for LuLa and Honey-B(H-B) for RiRi. We speak in behalf of them, since they cannot communicate like humans. We usually answer interviews for them and also post on their SNS. 

JPR:

FEMM first started in 2014.  Going into 2020, how would you summarize your last 6 years?

H-B:

The first several years was about establishment, both for FEMM and us agents. From what they would wear to how they would move. It was interesting to see how FEMM would communicate with humans. 

WT:

We’ve been watching them grow so much. FEMM have been experiencing and learning day by day, and we are excited to see how they are gonna leap this year.

JPR:

FEMM has performed in multiple cities within the U.S. and elsewhere.  Do you have any specific ones you especially enjoyed?

H-B:

For sure, every city was amazing. Anywhere FEMM goes, their agents (fans and supporters) were waiting for them. 

WT:

It’s a tough choice. Like H-B says, all cities we’ve been to was a great experience. We would love to go back to those cities and have FEMM perform. Also we would love to visit places where we haven’t been to yet.

JPR:

You’ve released a lot of successful songs over the years.  Do you have any personal favorites?

H-B:

RiRi's favorite is "Fxxk Boyz Get Money" and "Falling for a Lullaby"

WT:

LuLa loves ''Kiss The Rain’' and ''Shibuya Ex Horologium.’’

JPR:

Can you tell us about the producing and choreographer teams and talent that make FEMM so unique?

H-B:

Overall, us agents are producing FEMM. We support them and also think what's best for them. FEMM has a great music producing team in Avex as well. 

WT:

FEMM’s choreography is by a team called “Hidali,” since day one. They completely understand FEMM, and they are masters of creating perfect movements for them.

JPR:

Any band or singer you would especially like to collaborate with in the future?

H-B:

FEMM welcomes anyone who would be interested and understands their style. RiRi especially likes rap artists, so that would be exciting for her. 

WT:

Whoever is interested in FEMM! Like H-B says, rap is a big part of FEMM’s music, so collaborating with rap artists would be really amazing.

JPR:

One of the most unique things about FEMM are the outfits.  Can you tell us who is behind those designs and decisions?

H-B:

FEMM's latex wear are made by GM Atelier. They are proud of their costumes too. 

JPR:

From all the various outfits you've worn over the years, was there any you especially liked?

H-B:

RiRi loves the army look. She is a combat mannequin and the tough look suites her. 

WT:

LuLa’s a house keeping mannequins, so the nurse look is kinda her thing.

JPR:

What are your goals and plans for 2020?

H-B:

We hope to do more shows all over the world.

WT:

We would love to go and meet all the agents around the world! And also wanna deliver FEMM’s brand new music, coming this year in 2020!

JPR:

Do you have a special message for your JpopRocks fans and other international fans?

H-B:

Thank you for always supporting FEMM. It means a lot to them and they hope to give back to their agents. 

WT:
